Jim Svagerko

Jim Svagerko, MA, CCC/SLP, PCC, NBC-HWC is the Founder and President of JMS Leadership Coaching and Development since June 2015. With extensive experience in executive coaching and leadership development across various industries, Jim serves as an Executive Coach and Certified Facilitator at Innovative Leadership Institute and as a Faculty member at both Georgetown University and Ohio University. Jim has held teaching positions at Franklin University since June 2002, focusing on group dynamics and motivation. Previous roles include Leadership Coach at Abrasive Technology, Director of Organizational Development and Coaching at University of Virginia Health System, and Leadership Development Specialist at OhioHealth. Jim holds multiple advanced degrees in Communications and Leadership Coaching from The Ohio State University and Georgetown University.
