Mary-Kathryn Boler

Mary-Kathryn Boler, CFRE, currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at Communities In Schools of Atlanta, overseeing fundraising activities for a nonprofit organization with a budget exceeding $10 million. With extensive experience in nonprofit management and development, Mary-Kathryn has held key positions, including Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at Kennesaw State University, where responsibilities included creating a vision for corporate and foundation fundraising and leading a team to raise $15 million annually. Mary-Kathryn has contributed to the Georgia Center for Nonprofits as Visiting Faculty, teaching essential fundraising practices. Past roles include Senior Director of Development at TAG Education Collaborative and Owner of Catapult Strategic Consulting, LLC, focused on enhancing business success for both nonprofits and for-profits.
