Spencer Artman

Spencer Artman serves as the Director of the Administrative Support Unit at the Georgia Department of Corrections, overseeing various departments including Fleet Operations, a State-wide Call Center, and Risk Management Services. Spencer previously held roles in the US Army, where Spencer served as Director of Training for the US Army Reserve, Senior Aviation Trainer-Observer Controller, Chief of Information Operations/Policy and Doctrine, among others. Artman holds a Master's degree in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Florida Southern College.
