Janet Louboutin has a diverse work experience in digital marketing, web development, and project management. Janet started their career as an On-Air Promotions Intern at Turner Broadcasting in 2008. Janet then worked as a Production Assistant at Metro Valdosta Channel 17 and later as an On-Air Talent/Production Assistant at WIMO 1300 AM.

In 2009, Janet joined Chico's FAS Inc. as a Sr POS Support Technician. After four years, they moved on to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where they served as an Associate Producer and later as a Web Content Manager.

Janet then worked at MailChimp as a Technical Specialist for a year before joining the Georgia Department of Economic Development (GDEcD).
