Tina Lilly is the current Executive Director of the Georgia Council for the Arts at the Georgia Department of Economic Development. Prior to their current role, Tina served as a Branch Manager and Mortgage Specialist at First Farmers and Merchants Bank from October 2018 to October 2020. Tina's previous experience also includes serving as an Assistant Vice President, FTB Advisor, and Financial Center Manager at First Horizon Bank from June 2015 to October 2018, where they managed $104 million in deposits and 289 small business customer accounts. Tina also has experience as a Financial Coach with The Budget Banker LLC and as an Affiliated Broker with Keller Williams Realty Spring Hill, TN. In addition, Tina served as a County Commissioner 8th District with the Marshall County Board of County Commissioners from August 2014 to July 2016.
Tina Lilly has a degree in Interior Design from the University of Tennessee at Martin. Tina also has two certifications in Professional Interior Design and Feng Shui from the New York Institute of Art and Design, and Small Business Banking and Commercial Credit from Omega Performance.
They are on a team with Abby Turano - Deputy Commissioner, Marketing, Communications and International Engagement, Joshua Stephens - Director, Policy & Government Affairs, and Karen Hampton - Director, Human Resources. Tina Lilly reports to Pat Wilson, Commissioner.
