Luoluo Hong, PhD, MPH, currently serves as the Vice President for Student Engagement & Well-Being at the Georgia Institute of Technology, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this, Hong was the Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs & Enrollment Management at California State University, Office of the Chancellor from August 2019 to August 2021, and Vice President for Student Affairs & Enrollment Management at San Francisco State University from May 2014 to July 2019. Hong's extensive background in student affairs includes significant leadership roles at the University of Hawaii at Hilo, Arizona State University, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Shepherd University, and Louisiana State University, focusing on student success, retention, and overall well-being. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Educational Leadership & Research from Louisiana State University and a Master of Public Health from the Yale School of Public Health, complemented by a BA in Psychology from Amherst College.
