Nikki R. Flanigan

Nikki R. Flanigan, Esq, currently serves as Senior Counsel at the Georgia Institute of Technology, providing legal expertise since January 2022. Previously, Flanigan held the position of Legal Officer at the Georgia Department of Community Affairs from January 2017 to December 2021, where legal guidance was provided for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program and related financing processes.
