Sarth Diskalkar

Sarth Diskalkar is a graduate student pursuing a Master of Science in Bioinformatics at the Georgia Institute of Technology, following a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Current roles include Graduate AI/ML Research Intern and Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Kamerlin Lab, along with previous experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Regeneron and as an Emergency Medical Technician at Amerimed. Sarth has a diverse background that includes undergraduate teaching assistant positions, research roles in various labs focused on exercise physiology, cardiovascular fluid mechanics, and neuromechanics, as well as experiences in medical settings, providing care and support to patients. Prior involvement also includes community service addressing the needs of immigrant populations and shadowing a gastroenterologist to gain insights into patient care practices.
