Shawn Needham

Shawn Needham, MA, CPHR, CEC, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational development and leadership. Currently serving as Vice President Human Resources at Georgia Main Food Group Limited since 2016, Shawn has also held various senior roles in human resources and organizational development within the organization. Previous experience includes part-time instructional roles at Capilano University, senior management positions at BlueShore Financial, and staff development management at Prospera Credit Union. With a strong foundation in learning and development from early career roles at CIBC, Shawn holds advanced qualifications in leadership and executive coaching from Royal Roads University and a Food Executive Program certificate from Cornell University.
