Patrick Watson, M.A., LSS Green Belt has had a diverse and extensive work history in the military. Patrick served in the Army National Guard from 2007 to 2017, holding various roles such as Battalion Operations Officer and Battlefield Surveillance Brigade Assistant Operations Officer. In 2017, they transitioned to the Georgia National Guard, where they took on roles such as Executive Officer to the Adjutant General and Director of Public Affairs. Currently, they serve as the Director of Human Resources for the Georgia National Guard. Throughout their career, Patrick has showcased their expertise in leadership, planning, and personnel management.

Patrick Watson, M.A., LSS Green Belt has a diverse education history. Patrick obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Morehouse College in 1998. In 2009, they completed a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Shorter University-College of Adult & Professional Programs.

Patrick has also pursued several certifications and completed various courses. Patrick obtained a Certificate from the Department of Homeland Security National Planners Course in 2014. Patrick also earned a Certificate in the Baldrige Self Assessment Workshop, focusing on Business Transformation Office ARNG-SPP-T. In 2013, they received a Certificate from the Strategic Planning Course.

Patrick has expanded their knowledge in Lean Six Sigma, obtaining Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications from both the Army Lean Six Sigma and the Army National Guard Business Transformation Office in 2020 and 2016 respectively.

Furthermore, Patrick has pursued executive education opportunities. In 2017, they were awarded a certificate of completion for the Leadership in Homeland Security Program from the Harvard Kennedy School. Additionally, they completed a 6-week Social Media Management Certificate program from Georgetown University in 2020.

Their highest level of education is a Master's degree in Strategic Studies, which they earned from The United States Army War College between 2019 and 2021.
