S. Erik Etheridge

Transmitter Engineer at Georgia Public Broadcasting

S. Erik Etheridge is an experienced transmitter engineer currently working at Georgia Public Broadcasting since June 2020. Prior to this role, Etheridge served as a Master Control Operator and Broadcast Engineer at WALB-TV from March 2018 to August 2019. Etheridge also gained experience as a photo lab monitor at Valdosta State University in 2016. Etheridge holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Mass Media from Valdosta State University (2012-2016) and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology from South Georgia Technical College (2002-2004). Education was completed at Lee County High School (1998-2002).
