Raymond Goslow

Raymond Goslow currently serves as the IT Outreach and Planning Manager for Georgia Public Library Service, with responsibilities that include managing state technology funds for public library systems, assisting in long-range technology planning, and coordinating IT training events. Prior experience includes serving as Administrative Coordinator, where Raymond managed procurement processes and supported library renovation projects. Previously, Raymond worked at Cobb County Public Library System as a Library Assistant Senior, focusing on data analysis and GIS project management, as well as holding roles as Library Assistant and Library Technician, where community engagement and customer service were key. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science in Geospatial Sciences from Kennesaw State University.
