Jeff Steely

Jeff Steely is the current Dean of University Libraries at Georgia State University. Jeff has held this position since November 2015. Prior to that, they were the Associate Dean of Libraries at Baylor University from December 1999 to November 2015. Before their time at Baylor University, they were the Serials Librarian at the Library of the U.S. Courts, 7th Circuit from October 1998 to December 1999.

Jeff Steely has a higher education degree and a master's degree in library and information science from the University of Texas at Austin. Jeff also has a bachelor's degree in history and religion from Bethel College-North Newton.

Jeff Steely reports to Nicolle Parsons-Pollard, Interim Provost & SVP, Academic Affairs. They work with Wolfgang Schlör - Associate Provost, International Initiatives, Nancy Kropf - Senior Vice President for Strategic Initiatives, and Chip Hill - Assistant Provost, Administrative Operations.
