Lui Giuliani

Lui Giuliani has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Lui started their career as the Managing Director at Aspire Capital Partners Australia in 2008. In 2011, they became the Chairman of Austral Fisheries. Lui joined Georgiou as a Board Advisory Member in 2008 and later became a Director in 2018. In 2013, they took on the role of Governance Board Chairman at CDM Australia Pty Ltd and became a Director at Longreach Capital Investment Pty Ltd in 2017. Lui also served as a Director at Tornado Solutions Pty Ltd and Football West. Their most recent role is as a Director at BALLN since 2020. Additionally, they have experience as a Principal at Eaton Square and as a Non-Executive Director at Glory Resources Ltd.

Lui Giuliani completed a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Curtin University in the years 1983 to 1986. In 1990 to 1991, they pursued a Chartered Professional Year program from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Later in 2000, they attended the Macquarie Business School for a Strategic Management Program. Further, in 2008, Lui Giuliani completed two programs from Kaplan Business School: Law regulation and Compliance in Financial Services (9005), and Risk Management , Compliance and Ethics in Financial Services (9006). In addition to their educational qualifications, they also obtained a certification in Transitioning from Manager to Leader from LinkedIn in the year 2021.
