David Green has over three decades of experience in software engineering and geoscience applications, currently serving as an R&D Development Engineer at Geospace Technologies since July 2016. Prior to this role, David held various positions, including Lead Software Architect and Manager of Geoscience Applications at Baker Hughes, where a significant achievement included delivering a "Big Data Analytics" solution recognized in the Houston Chronicle in 2015. David's career began as a Software Developer at Ferranti International Incorporated, with subsequent roles that included design and development for Chevron USA and software maintenance for various companies, showcasing a strong foundation in both engineering and product delivery within the oil and gas sector. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
