Bill Shi

Bill Shi is an experienced software engineer currently working at GEOST as an Enterprise Software Engineer since January 2023, focusing on creating a robotic automated testing solution for customer-bound hardware. Prior experience includes serving as a Python Developer at Lynker from April 2021 to November 2022, where Bill developed Python applications for NOAA's National Bathymetric Source Project. Additional roles include Frontend Developer at United Data Solutions, LLC, where Bill developed web maps of voting data, and React Developer Intern at Savvy Tech LLC, designing features for a fashion mobile app. Bill also contributed to sensor component testing for the University of Maryland's Hyperloop Pod Competition while part of the UMDLoop testing team. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Maryland, obtained in 2020.
