Barrett Flemons

Barrett Flemons is an accomplished product designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer for the design system at Geotab, Barrett manages the Zenith team to enhance product innovation, significantly improve user metrics, and reduce customer churn. Prior roles include Senior Product Designer at Geotab, where leadership of a design system team improved feature engagement and user satisfaction, Product Designer at Q4, where successful design efforts led to a $7 million partnership, and Founding Product Designer at integrate.ai, where foundational design processes and culture were established. Barrett also has experience in freelance design, user experience design, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design from Sheridan College, along with a certificate in Creativity and Creative Problem Solving from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.
