Jennifer Chow

Jennifer Chow, CHRP, currently serves as the HR Lead for Technology and Operations at GEOTAB since January 2019, where responsibilities include leading a team to deliver client-focused solutions and providing insights on business improvements and initiatives. Previously, Jennifer held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at SickKids Foundation from January 2013 to January 2019, advising on HR strategies across multiple business units, conducting training, and leading recruitment efforts. Key accomplishments include the implementation of a comprehensive HRIS system, managing the annual review process for approximately 200 employees, and spearheading an HR rebranding initiative. Jennifer holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from McMaster University and has completed education at Sheridan College.
