Lee Czor

Office Leader, Business Development at Geotechnology

Lee Czor, P.E. oversees Geotechnology’s Lexington office and is the Business Development lead for the East Region. Additionally, Mr. Czor serves as a mentor to junior staff and provides peer review for current projects. Lee has over 20 years of experience in civil and geotechnical engineering projects.

Lee’s project experience includes commercial, industrial, institutional and multi-family residential projects. He also has experience with transportation infrastructure projects, roadway relocations, widening and roadway bridges over rivers.

Lee is responsible for the planning, supervision, and performance of field explorations. In addition, Lee has overseen the development of subsurface material parameters, performance of engineering analyses, and development of geotechnical engineering reports.

Lee is the Principal Engineer for Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. His project involvements include New Circle Road Improvements, KY 9009 Mountain Parkway, and Kentucky 32 Improvements.

Mr. Czor obtained both his Bachelor of Science degree and Masters of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Tennessee. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana. He is on the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Society for Professional Engineers (KSPE). In addition, Lee was KSPE President from 2015 to 2016 and participated in KSPE Leadership P.E. in 2007.

Since 2015, Lee has served as Treasurer of the Kentucky Engineering Foundation Board.
