Johan has held various senior roles in companies such as geo (Green Energy Options), Sky, EE, Deutsche Telekom UK Limited, Deutsche Telekom, Everything Everywhere Ltd, T-Mobile Germany, T-Mobile UK, and Telsis. Johan'sroles have included Engineering VP, OCS and NAP Test Manager, Senior Agile Test Specialist, Test Manager, Senior Integration Engineer, and Senior Test Engineer. Johan has a strong background in test engineering, with expertise in agile methodologies and a proven track record of ensuring high-quality standards in their work.

Johan Balt completed their National Diploma in Electrical Engineering - Light Current from Nelson Mandela University from 1998 to 2000. Later in 2006, they obtained an ISEB Foundation certification in Software Testing from BCS.
