John L. Hearton

With more than 25 years of operational experience, Mr. Hearton is a veteran in the development and management of information technology. He served as President for MANDEX growing enterprise business from $9.9M – $27.3M making the Washington Business Journals “Fast 50” and the INC. 5000 for 2 years in a row. Mr. Hearton served as Chief Technology Officer for Secure Missions Solutions before selling to Parson’s in 2014 and was a founder of WareOnEarth Communications, Inc. where he developed a nationally ranked Information Assurance organization. He has brought his leadership to GeoWireless to develop world-class communications services for Government programs.

Mr. Hearton serves on technology councils and advisory panels as well as standards bodies. He provides technical advisory support to the Department of Defense and other agencies on leading-edge technologies such as MLS, SDN, IPv6, Quantum, and Cloud Computing.

Previously, John was with legacy organization Allied Signal, now Honeywell International, where he was responsible for IA services and the transition of leading-edge technologies to the market. John was responsible for managing programs in excess of $150 million and was appointed to Allied Signal’s leadership council.

John’s vision for GeoWireless is to be the preeminent Cyber and HPC Company delivering secure solutions for next-generation communication requirements. Their goal is to be admired by the customers for excellence in service and support and to deliver opportunities for the employees while providing growth for the company.
