Oliver Lee began their work experience in 2005 as a Senior Sales Manager at Lianchuang Textile, a trading company in China. In this role, they were responsible for handling OEM and ODM orders for baby clothing, cooperating with customers, developing new customers, sourcing manufacturers, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of orders. Oliver also worked closely with team members and reported directly to the general manager. Lee achieved performance appraisal and received rewards for their work at Lianchuang Textile.
In 2010, Lee joined ergoPouch as a Product Development Manager. Oliver led the product development and marketing teams, ensuring successful sales and marketing and developing customers for both retail and trade markets. Oliver continued to reach out to new customers in this role.
Most recently, in 2020, Lee became a Senior Merchandiser at GAP. Oliver customized and developed new baby sleeping bags for the company and was responsible for sourcing and price negotiation with vendors. Lee also participated in order follow-up, product testing, and inspection. Oliver worked closely with the overseas buying team and collaborated with supply chain management in various regions. Lee monitored reports for the Divisional Merchandise Manager and arranged and attended buying trips. Oliver even received a promotion and pay raise within their first year at GAP.
Oliver Lee attended Brigham Young University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business.
