Pete Brown

Pete Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over various industries and roles. Pete most recently served as the VP of Gerber Life Insurance Company, where they led the Sales and Marketing teams in the Independent Distribution Channel. Prior to this, Pete held positions at Western & Southern Financial Group, including VP of Worksite Strategy & Execution and VP of Digital Future Growth. Before that, they worked as the Executive Director at Main Street Ventures, supporting emerging businesses and entrepreneurial organizations. Pete also had roles at Western & Southern Financial Group as AVP of Digital Strategy and AVP of Digital Marketing at Western & Southern Life. Pete started their career participating in a management development program at Western & Southern Financial Group, gaining experience in various aspects of the financial services industry. Lastly, Pete worked as an Analyst in Tax Accounting at Kuehl Shepherd Kozlowski Group, CPA/RIA and held several analyst positions at Circuit City Stores, Inc., where they participated in a rotational program focusing on leadership development in analytical and supervisory roles.

Pete Brown completed their education at multiple institutions. Pete earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine, which they attended from 1999 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Pete Brown also obtained a certification as a Chartered Life Underwriter® from The American College of Financial Services in February 2014.
