Paul McKinney

Paul McKinney, EDAC has a wealth of experience in the flooring industry. Paul is currently working as the National Sales Director in the Healthcare Segment at Gerflor USA since August 2019. Prior to that, they served as the National Market Segment Manager in Education at nora systems from January 2018 to August 2019. From 2016 to 2017, Paul was the Healthcare Market Manager in the Midwest Region at Ecore™. Before that, they held various roles at nora systems, including Midwest Regional Manager and Market Segment Manager in Healthcare and Education. Paul also has experience as the Principal at American Floor Safety, LLC, where they worked as a certified Walkway Auditor and performed Floor Audit and Risk Assessment. Earlier in their career, they were a Principal at Interior Essentials, llc, where they handled management, sales, estimation, and project management for commercial flooring projects.

Paul McKinney, EDAC, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Music (Classical Guitar, Performance & Theory) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 1986 to 1989. Prior to their university education, they also attended Fremd High School in Palatine, IL. In addition to their academic background, Paul McKinney holds an EDAC Certification from The Center for Health Design, which they obtained in July 2010.
