April Zaragosa has had a diverse work experience in the IT field. In 2020, they began working as a Full Stack Engineer at Germain APM, where they collaborate with Engineers and Product Managers to design and implement features. In 2019, they worked as an IT Service Desk Associate at Enseo, assisting end users seeking technical assistance over email, phone or in person. From 2016 to 2019, April worked as an IT Security & Compliance Specialist at FRISS, reporting on metrics to gauge effectiveness of the security policy framework and publishing periodic metrics reports. Prior to that, they were an Operations Analyst at Area 1 Security from 2015 to 2016, developing and implementing reports and queries to improve IT processes.

April Zaragosa received a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the California Institute of Technology between 2011 and 2015.
