Hüseyin Tayran

Hüseyin Tayran is currently a PhD student at Technische Universität Dresden and a doctoral researcher at the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases. Prior to these roles, Hüseyin was self-employed as a freelance science consultant specializing in molecular biology and genetics projects from January 2013 to November 2019. Hüseyin also gained experience as a research and teaching assistant at Koç University and as a graduate research assistant at Istanbul Technical University, where notable research included investigating chemiluminescence resonance energy transfer and microbial diversity in coastal sediments. Hüseyin holds a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics from Istanbul Technical University and is pursuing a PhD in Molecular Genetics at Technische Universität Dresden.
