Robert Heinkelmann

Robert Heinkelmann is currently the Head of Combination and VLBI group at GFZ-Potsdam. Prior to this, Robert worked as a Scientist at DGFI and as a PhD student at Vienna University of Technology. Their responsibilities include acquisition of third-party funds, academic teaching, mentoring, research, and scientific publishing. With a background in climatology and space geodetic techniques, Robert has a strong skill set in data analysis, programming, and scientific writing. Robert has also presented at international conferences and developed scientific software during their career. Robert is currently pursuing a degree in Analysis Coordinator, Space Geodesy at the International Earth Rotation and Reference Systems Service.
