Mike Koziol

Mike Koziol is an experienced educator and water sports coach, currently serving as a Middle School History Teaching Fellow and Head Water Polo Coach at Germantown Academy since July 2013. In addition to these roles, Mike has taken on responsibilities as the Assistant Director of Aquatics, focusing on developing a comprehensive swimming curriculum, and is also the Director of Water Polo at Wissahickon Community Aquatic Club, overseeing operations for a major water polo club. Past experience includes managerial positions at Maple Manor Swimming Club and Beachcomber Swim Club, where responsibilities spanned customer service and staff management. Mike's background includes coaching roles at Maverick Water Polo and the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, where program growth and athlete development were key focuses. Mike holds a Master of Education degree from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from DePaul University.
