Joe McCarron

Joe McCarron, CPA, CHAE, currently serves as the Controller at Germantown Cricket Club since September 2023. McCarron has extensive experience in financial management and consulting, having previously held the position of Solutions Consultant at Clubessential from September 2018 to September 2023. Prior to that, McCarron worked as Controller at Vicmead Hunt Club and Metropolitan Club, and as a Senior Accountant at Witt Mares, specializing in external auditing for private clubs, hotels, resorts, and not-for-profits. Earlier career roles include a Staff Accountant position at The University Club of the City of Washington and an F&B Internship at Chevy Chase Club. McCarron holds a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigation and a Master of Public Administration in Accounting from West Virginia University, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Hospitality Management from James Madison University.
