Michael DeJoseph has diverse work experience in engineering and technician roles.
Michael began their career at Corning Incorporated in 1998, where they worked as a Metrology Technician until 2002. Michael then transitioned to a role as a Fiber Technician until 2004.
In 2007, DeJoseph returned to Corning Incorporated as an Infrastructure Engineering Technician, responsible for exhaust and electrical walk downs using AutoCAD, and maintaining DI, chilled water, and AHU systems.
Michael was promoted to a Radio Frequency Identification Process Technician in 2009, providing mechanical design support and maintenance for research kiln equipment. Michael also gathered critical measurements and maintained safety protocols.
In 2010, DeJoseph was promoted to a Firing Development Technician role, supporting and maintaining research kilns firing ceramic filters for automotive customers. Michael collaborated with scientists and engineers to optimize firing cycles and improved product efficiencies.
Michael then joined Sparton in 2022 as a Manufacturing Engineering Technician, contributing to the manufacturing process.
Currently, DeJoseph works at Germfree as an Engineering Technician Electrical.
Michael DeJoseph attended Corning Community College, although the exact start and end dates are unknown. During their time at the college, they pursued an Associate of Applied Science degree with a focus on Electrical Technology. Following their studies at Corning Community College, Michael enrolled at Excelsior University in 2019. Michael is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, with an expected completion date in 2023.
