Martin Menge

Martin Menge has extensive work experience in various industries. Martin worked at GERSTEL as the Head of Controlling and HR, where they were responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as HR strategy and management. Prior to that, they worked at CONDOR Schutz- und Sicherheitsdienst GmbH as a Regionalbereichsleiter Geschäftsbereich Aviation, where they were in charge of developing and managing aviation security services. Martin also served as the Assistant to the Geschäftsführung, providing support in business development, sales, marketing, and project management. Additionally, Martin has experience at National-Bank AG, where they held roles such as Stellvertretender Teammanager, Senior Consultant in various capacities, and Kreditanalyst, specializing in financial advisory and analysis.

Martin Menge received a Diplom-Kaufmann (FH) degree in Betriebswirtschaft from Hamburger Fern-Hochschule from 2005 to 2010. In 2011, they attended Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, where they obtained a zertifizierter Vertriebsmanager degree.
