Samson Mwambui

Samson Mwambui is an intensive care doctor at Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital since March 2023 and serves as a volunteer medical officer at Hospice of Taita Taveta. With prior experience as a medical doctor for the Ministry of Health in Kenya and as a local officer for the Federation of African Medical Students' Associations, Samson has developed expertise in various areas of healthcare, including palliative care and community health education through Project Learn4Health. Additionally, experience as a relationship officer at Equity Bank Limited and as a health educator at Equity Afia highlights strong skills in customer service, patient education, and community outreach. Samson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Nairobi, completed in 2020.
