I am a support manager for the restaurants on site. I started in food service at 16 years old. I have been in many different environments from catering, short order, casual dining, cafeteria, corporate and family owned. I have 15 years of kitchen experience and 10 years of service experience. I spent the last four years as GM of a full service restaurant with a music venue attached. I am new to Gervasi but fell in love with it instantly because of the beautiful scenery, great food, and impressive venues across the entire property.
