Andrew Chung

Andrew Chung has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Andrew started their career as a System Administrator at Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union in 2004 and held the role until 2009. In 2009, they joined Gesa Credit Union and worked in various roles including System Engineering Lead, IT Architect, Director of Architecture and Analytics, AVP of Architecture, BI Analytics & Web Development, VP of Development & Analytics, and currently serves as the VP of Information Technology. Throughout their career, Andrew has been responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, developing IT strategies and roadmaps, providing technical oversight and mentoring to development teams, managing the data warehouse, implementing analytics to improve marketing and product operations, developing visual intelligence tools, building predictive and behavioral analyses, managing IT budget and assets, and handling vendor management.

Andrew Chung earned a BS degree in Management Information Systems from San Jose State University, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Later, they pursued higher education and obtained an MS degree in Management Information Systems from Florida State University, attending from 2011 to 2013.
