Nathaniel P. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Nathaniel started their career as an Assistant Center Director at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1998 and continued in the education sector as an Adjunct Instructor at Big Bend Community College from 1999 to 2000. Nathaniel then transitioned into the private sector, taking on various roles in sales and marketing at VerMeister from 2004 to 2009.

In 2009, they joined Sodexo as a Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for marketing ten retail locations, resident dining, catering, and concessions. During their tenure, they implemented strategic marketing programs, conducted market research, created sales tracking tools, and developed comprehensive multi-channel advertising campaigns.

Since 2012, Nathaniel has been with Gesa Credit Union, where they started as a Sales Trainer, facilitating the training of frontline staff and branch management. Nathaniel then progressed to the role of AVP Retail Sales & Service, taking charge of the growth, sales, and operations of 15 branches across Eastern Washington. In this role, they developed branch strategies, organizational culture, and professional development strategies. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Branches, where they are heavily involved in collaborations to improve processes, systems, reporting, and member experience within the organization.

Nathaniel P. completed their education history in a chronological order. Nathaniel started their academic journey by graduating from Moses Lake High School in 1997. Following high school, they attended Big Bend Community College from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained an Associate in Arts & Sciences degree.

In 2000, Nathaniel enrolled at Cascadia Community College for two years but did not earn a degree. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they attended the University of Washington, although they did not complete a degree at this institution either.

In 2010, Nathaniel decided to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on marketing from Strayer University-Maryland. Nathaniel successfully completed this program in 2012.

Wanting to further their education, Nathaniel pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in marketing from Strayer University-Maryland from 2012 to 2013.

Apart from their formal education, Nathaniel also acquired additional certifications. In 2013, they obtained the certifications "Creating Member Loyalty: Sales Leadership Strategies" and "Creating Member Loyalty: Sales Strategies" from the Credit Union National Association (CUNA).
