Victor Melnik

Victor Melnik is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in retail and business banking leadership. Currently serving as the Retail Banking Sales & Service Leader at Gesa Credit Union since July 2020, Victor oversees retail branch teams in the West and Central Washington markets. Previously, Victor held positions at Umpqua Bank as Retail Banking Community Manager, VP, and at Banner Bank as Business Banking Community Manager, VP, focusing on market expansions and branch openings. Additional experience includes serving as Private Banking Area Manager, VP at HSBC and Retail Banking District Manager, VP at Chase. Victor has pursued advanced education, obtaining a Master's degree in Executive MBA from the University of Washington, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and an Associate of Arts in International Business from Highline College.
