Koedy B. Harper

Koedy B. Harper, M.Ed, currently serves as School Principal at Gestalt Community Schools and as a Fellow at New Memphis. Previously, Koedy held roles such as Instructional Coach and Federal Programs Coordinator at Memphis-Shelby County Schools, where responsibilities included leading professional learning communities and overseeing school administration. Koedy has also contributed to education policy through positions at Shelby County Government and as a fellow in various leadership programs, focusing on enhancing educational equity and postsecondary credential attainment. With a strong foundation in educational leadership, policy analysis, and instructional coaching, Koedy holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Education in Policy, Analysis, and Leadership from American University.
