Bernardo Blanco la Roche

Bernardo Blanco La Roche serves as the Director of the Intellectual Property, Innovation, Digitalization, and Privacy Area at Gestamp since May 2015, providing legal guidance within the Gestamp Automoción Group. Additionally, Bernardo has been a Professor in the Master's program for Access to the Legal Profession at IEB, specializing in Intellectual Property, Industrial Property, and Unfair Competition since October 2017. Prior professional experience includes serving as an Associate Lawyer at Baker & McKenzie, where Bernardo focused on industrial property litigation and rights protection, and at J&A Garrigues, S.L.P. In terms of education, Bernardo holds multiple advanced degrees from IE Business School and other institutions, including a Master's in Business Law and a Law degree from Universidad de Murcia.
