MacKenzie Ritchie has a diverse work experience in various industries. They started their career as an Apprentice at Bühler Group from August 2014 to July 2017. During this time, they gained valuable knowledge and skills in spare parts delivery and customer service sales support. Afterward, they served as a Spare Parts Delivery Manager and Customer Service Sales Support at Bühler Group from July 2017 to November 2018. In November 2018, MacKenzie transitioned to work as a Supervising Agent at American Income Life Insurance Company until May 2021. In May 2021, they joined Comply™ | Hearing Components as a Maintenance Technician, where they worked until December 2022. Currently, they are employed as the Lead Maintenance Technician at Bizzy Coffee since January 2023.
MacKenzie Ritchie attended Dunwoody College of Technology from 2014 to 2017, where they focused on Service Engineering. They did not obtain a specific degree during this time. In July 2017, MacKenzie obtained a certification as a Machine Repairer Maintenance Journeyman from the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. In November 2018, they also achieved certification as a Resident Insurance Producer from the Minnesota Department of Commerce. Finally, in February 2021, MacKenzie became a certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance.
