Ed Thomas is an experienced professional with a career spanning over 20 years. Ed began their career in 1998 as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where they led and participated in client consulting engagements and created a new $20M business unit for one client and identified $25M of new revenue opportunities for another client. In 2002, they moved to Real Networks as a Wireless Product Manager. In 2004, they founded two companies, Rock & Water Capital Partners and Harken Home, LLC. At Rock & Water, they led marketing and business development for a real estate investment firm focused on bringing institutional-quality investment experience to the resource land market, generating over $30M of revenue. At Harken Home, they were responsible for overall strategic direction, creation of products, product marketing, and business development. In 2011, they became the VP of Business Development at FiPath, where they were the General Manager for a college-savings focused crowd funding product. In 2012, they founded 12Cube, LLC, launching FoundMoney, an app that enables users to track their savings and discover new ways to save. In 2014, they joined CNN as a Product Manager, Mobile & Emerging Technology, and in 2018, they moved to Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as a Digital Strategist, Emerging Technology. In 2019, they founded Hazel - Reverse Climate Change and currently serves as the Founder & CEO.

Ed Thomas completed their MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2003, with a focus on general management, entrepreneurship, and technology management. Prior to that, they obtained a BA from Duke University in 1998, majoring in Economics and History.
