James Cruz

James Cruz is a PPP Expert currently working at Rebel since September 2018, and as a Finance Catalyst at GET.invest since July 2021. Previously, James held positions such as Project Finance Specialist at the Asian Development Bank, Independent Consultant, and Research Consultant at Earth Security Group. James also has experience as a Project Development Officer at the Department of Finance in the Republic of the Philippines. James holds a Master's Degree in Infrastructure Investment and Finance from UCL.
