Chris Pombonyo

Chris Pombonyo is a seasoned educational leader and marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles within the education sector and beyond. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer and Professional Development Speaker at Get Your Teach On since June 2016, Chris also held significant positions such as Assistant Principal and ELA Instructional Coach at Seminole County Public Schools from 2018 to 2022. An adjunct professor at the University of Central Florida during the same period, Chris has a strong teaching background, recognized as the 2017 Seminole County Teacher of the Year. In addition to educational roles, Chris has experience in entertainment as a Talent/Host at Radio Disney and as a Resort Entertainment Host/DJ at Orange Lake Resorts. Chris holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Hospitality & Event Management from the University of Central Florida.
