Mike Messick

Mike Messick is an experienced professional in customer support and experience management with a solid background in technology and logistics. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at CBORD since February 2023, Mike previously held various roles at LobbyGuard Solutions, LLC from July 2013 to 2022, including Senior Director of Customer Experience and Technical Support Manager. Mike's experience in the US Army from 2005 to 2012 included positions such as Section Sergeant and Transportation Coordinator, contributing to leadership and operational efficiency. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences and an Associate of Applied Science in Network Security from ECPI University.
