Vincent Cano

Vincent Cano currently serves as VP of People at Alma since April 2024 and is a member of CPOHQ, a prominent community for HR leaders established in 2022. Prior to these roles, Vincent held the position of Chief People Officer at Agicap until March 2024, contributing to one of Europe's fastest-growing scale-ups. Vincent's previous experience includes serving as a District Judge at the Ministry of Justice (2019-2021) and Chief People Officer at Groupe Baobab (2011-2018), where responsibilities encompassed defining and leading HR practices for a rapidly expanding organization. Earlier career roles include HR Manager at Nestlé S.A. and HR Coordinator at Valeo, as well as a recruitment internship at PROWAY SEARCH. Vincent holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Sciences Po and a Master 1 in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
