Roman Slutsky

Roman Slutsky has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Roman is currently working as the Vice President of Research and Development at April (Getapril.com), a role they started in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Google as a Software Engineer from July 2020 to November 2021. Roman also has experience as a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at MUGO MUSIC, where they were responsible for hands-on development, software architecture design, and team management from January 2016 to July 2020. Before that, they served as the Chief Technology Officer and Architect at iApps Technologies Ltd., where they led complex projects, managed development teams, and implemented agile methodologies and CI/CD solutions from April 2014 to July 2020. Roman's earlier experience includes roles as a Software Architect at Basmach, a Software Developer and Programming Course Instructor at Basmach, and a Mobile Application Developer and Architect at iApps. Roman also worked as a Web Developer and Designer at iApps. Roman Slutsky attended the Mamram - Computer Academy of IDF from 2008 to 2009, where they studied Computer Programming. Roman then enrolled at the Hamikhlalah Ha'academit Lehandassah Sami Shamoon and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Software Engineering from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, Roman studied at the Amal Technological Institute and earned a degree in Practical Engineering in Computer Software Engineering. In August 2012, they obtained a certification in System Analysis from The Israel Chamber of Information Systems Analysts.
