Jabri Jenkins has been working in the recruitment industry since 2019, starting as a Recruiter at Aerotek. In this role, Jabri specialized in recruiting and engaging talent within the Industrial & Technology verticals. Jabri sourced candidates via advanced Boolean searches, internal databases, referrals, direct sourcing, LinkedIn, Indeed, Career Builder, calling & emailing. Jabri evaluated candidates' skills and experience to match them with clients' job requirements and tracked candidates through the hiring process managed within the applicant tracking system.
