Tanya Lohia

Tanya Lohia has a diverse work experience in various roles related to product management, research, and UX design.

Tanya began their career as an intern at Intelligent System's Lab in 2016, where they developed algorithms and implemented neural networks for analyzing robot movement patterns.

In 2016, they also worked as a teaching assistant at Fernald Early Care and Education Center, organizing learning modules and activities for students.

In 2017, Tanya joined Woobo Inc as a UI/UX intern, conceptualizing and designing games and educational content for a smart toy aimed at elementary school children.

Tanya then worked as a research assistant at UCLA Reasoning Lab, assisting with the design and development of experiments and analyzing data on thinking and reasoning abilities.

In 2018, Tanya joined Stylify as a UX Design and Research intern, conducting focus groups and user interviews, and collaborating with development teams to implement modifications based on user testing.

In the same year, they also started working at Epic for Kids, initially as a product intern, organizing and conducting user research and usability testing sessions. Tanya later took on roles such as research coordinator and researcher, leading research projects, conducting exploratory interviews, and delivering evaluative research to improve marketing strategy and product roadmap.

In 2022, Tanya became a product manager at Epic for Kids, responsible for overseeing product development and strategy.

Tanya Lohia has a comprehensive education history. Tanya attended Woodstock School from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) at UCLA in the field of Cognitive Science. Tanya graduated from UCLA in 2018. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in Machine Shop from UCLA in February 2015.
