Eli Kramer is a seasoned entrepreneur and marketing professional with extensive experience in the real estate and healthcare sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of Flair since May 2022, Eli leads the company in innovative initiatives. In addition, Eli co-founded Generation Marketing in January 2019, focusing on targeted marketing strategies to enhance property exposure, leading to increased leases and reduced vacancies. Previously, Eli served as Marketing Director at Afton Properties from October 2016 to December 2019, where in-depth knowledge of acquisitions and operations contributed to significant portfolio growth. Earlier experience includes working as a Contract Coordinator at Quality Reimbursement Services from October 2013 to July 2016, specializing in financial consulting for hospitals.
