TJ Jiao

TJ Jiao has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of risk management, data science, and analytics. They are currently serving as the SVP and Head of Risk and Data Science at Flex since July 2023. Before joining Flex, TJ held the position of Head of Cash App Commerce DS at Block from February 2022 to June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Afterpay as the VP of Global Analytics and Head of ANZ Risk & Analytics from August 2018 to February 2022. TJ also has experience in leadership roles at Uber, LendingClub, PayPal, and eBay, where they held positions such as Head of Data & Insights, Sr. Director of Risk Management, Mobile Risk Solution and Decision Insight, and Senior Manager of Trust Analytics respectively.

TJ Jiao studied Statistics & Operational Research at Fudan University, earning a B.S. degree. Later, TJ pursued a degree in Statistics at the University of Illinois Chicago, where they obtained an M.S. degree. No specific start or end years were provided for either educational experience.
