Floris van der Veen has an extensive work experience in founding and managing various companies in the customer service and communication industry. Floris is currently the Chief Happy Customers and Founder of Grasp, a customer conversations platform that aims to simplify and enhance communication between companies and customers. Prior to that, Floris founded Casengo in 2013, a service software platform that integrates multiple messaging channels for efficient customer support. Before Casengo, they founded Livecom in 2003, which specialized in customer engagement management software. Floris also has experience as the founder and new business manager at Compulse, as well as a sales manager at Aragorn.
Floris van der Veen attended Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven from 1999 to 2002, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they obtained the NIMA B certification in March 2001.
